Monitoring and Evaluation

In collaboration with country partners, Fistula Care identified and implemented standardized quarterly monitoring indicators for fistula surgery.

Consensus about reporting on outcomes of fistula surgery was achieved at the 43 facilities that provided fistula surgery through the project. Tools were developed to help facility-level providers, supervisors, and national-level stakeholders understand how to effectively assess services and analyze and use their data for effective decision making.
